Energy Date Balls with Hemp Seeds
No-bake, portable energy bites with natural sugars for pre-workout fuel and balanced fats to prevent energy crashes.

Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp water if needed
Directions
- Pulse oats in a food processor to a coarse flour.
- Add dates, nut butter, hemp seeds, vanilla, salt; pulse until sticky.
- Add water only if mixture is dry. Fold in cacao nibs.
- Roll into 12 balls; chill 20 minutes to set.
Tip: Coat with extra hemp seeds for more protein and crunch.
